The Nurse (LPN or RN) — Part-Time, Early Morning role is onsite in Cleveland, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 4:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and one Saturday each month from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Compensation is not specified. Community Medical Services provides outpatient medication-assisted treatment and counseling for people with opioid use disorder. The nurse supports patient-centered outpatient care by administering prescribed medication, assisting medical providers, collecting and processing specimens, and maintaining accurate clinical and medication records. The role also supports clinic operations and may require travel to a prison when staffing needs arise.

What you'll do

• Administer medications as prescribed and follow provider orders
• monitor behavioral and physical symptoms
• obtain vital signs, blood specimens, and urine samples
• process point-of-care urine drug screens
• maintain accurate EHR records and medication inventory
• document medication errors and respond to adverse reactions
• deliver medications to external facilities
• and support clinic operations. Travel to a prison may be required due to staffing needs.
