What you'll do

• Evaluate leveraged buyout and other investment opportunities
• attend management presentations and review deal terms and credit agreements
• build financial models and downside sensitivity analyses
• assist with investment committee materials
• support deal teams and senior underwriters
• monitor portfolio company performance and covenant compliance
• conduct business, quantitative, industry, and competitive research.
