Assistant Community Manager and Maintenance

The Assistant Community Manager and Maintenance role is onsite in Newcastle, CA, with pay of $23 per hour. It supports the daily operations and physical upkeep of a mobilehome park community. This dual-role position assists with resident relations, leasing, rent collection, inspections, rule enforcement, maintenance, landscaping, and vendor coordination. Its purpose is to help keep the community’s operations organized and its facilities safe, clean, and well maintained.

What you'll do

• Support daily mobilehome park operations and resident relations
• inspect common areas, resident spaces, and facilities
• investigate concerns and assist with rule enforcement and notices
• maintain resident files and support leasing
• collect and record rents
• perform minor repairs, cleaning, and landscaping
• maintain park facilities and utilities
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• communicate project status and concerns
• provide occasional evening, weekend, holiday, and emergency on-call coverage as required.
