The Mixing Operator — Graveyard Shift role is onsite in Logan, UT, working Monday through Friday with rotating weekends from 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM. What you'll do

• Operate and monitor Mixing Department equipment
• prepare, batch, and standardize products
• complete production, batching, and quality documentation
• clean equipment manually and through Clean-in-Place procedures
• obtain raw milk samples
• weigh and prepare ingredients
• report abnormalities
• follow food safety, GMP, sanitation, and safety procedures.
