Patient Access Representative

The Patient Access Representative role is onsite in Englewood, Colorado. Pay is $18 to $23 per hour. The role supports Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center and its spine care team. The representative serves as a primary point of contact throughout the patient care journey, coordinating registration, insurance, scheduling, financial communication, and records so patients and clinical teams can navigate care efficiently.

What you'll do

• Welcome and register patients
• verify insurance eligibility and coverage
• collect patient payments and communicate financial estimates
• schedule appointments, procedures, imaging, therapy, and follow-ups
• manage referrals and prior authorizations
• maintain electronic medical records
• coordinate with providers and clinical staff
• support clinic operations
• follow HIPAA and payer requirements.
