What you'll do

• Handle residential plumbing service calls
• troubleshoot and diagnose problems
• install, service, and repair plumbing systems and equipment
• present options and obtain homeowner approval before work
• resolve issues the same day when possible or schedule follow-up
• and provide professional service in customers’ homes.

Why this role

No overnight on-call; weekend daytime on-call rotates Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Take-home company vehicle is provided once independently running calls. Occasional training travel may last up to three nights.
