• guide the team on prompt engineering, agent design, and AI-driven workflow practices
• integrate Claude with GitHub, ServiceNow, REST APIs, and security tools
• apply AI agent patterns, tool use, chaining, and multi-step reasoning
• support cybersecurity use cases such as vulnerability triage, incident summarization, and automated remediation ticketing.
