It contributes to the organization by ensuring transparency, facilitating communication, and aligning technology delivery with operational needs through influence and critical thinking.

What you'll do

  • Owns stakeholder relationships in a primary domain
  • provides backup coverage in a secondary area. Maintains a current understanding of clinical and operational needs within assigned domains. Provides concise status communication for leaders and stakeholders. Works fluently in ServiceNow to monitor ticket status. Proactively communicates on behalf of all of TDS across tickets, projects and programs. Serves as a consistent liaison between operations, informatics, application teams, and TDS leadership. Works collectively with other DSPs to recognize cross-organizational patterns. Collaborates with Medical Informatics Directors and Nurse Informaticists. Facilitates resolution of disagreements between operators. Leads problem definition to clarify whether an issue requires a technology fix or an operational fix.
