What you'll do

• Coordinate, route, and schedule deliveries
• assemble orders and facilitate payment processing
• create transportation manifests and required patient-delivery records
• answer calls from dispatch orders or courier drivers needing route assistance
• monitor routing software and communicate with drivers
• ensure rostered drivers have routes in the system and correct delivery areas
• make route changes and assignments
• learn scheduling tools and make approved changes
• maintain knowledge of company products and current state laws regarding medical cannabis and delivery regulations.
