The Senior Data Platform Engineer – Data Management role follows a hybrid schedule at the Naperville, IL office, generally Tuesday through Thursday onsite and Monday and Friday remote. The annual base pay range is $118,235–$157,500. Oncourse Home Solutions helps homeowners protect essential home systems and appliances. The engineer owns data masking, scrubbing, and non-production data handling, while operating database infrastructure and production-to-non-production refresh pipelines. The work protects sensitive information, supports compliant development and testing environments, and enables reliable database operations across teams.

What you'll do

• Administer the enterprise data-masking platform and maintain masking rules for regulated data
• manage production-to-non-production database refresh workflows
• implement static and dynamic masking
• operate and optimize AWS database services
• monitor and tune database performance, storage, and cost
• automate refresh, masking, and provisioning workflows
• establish non-production data management standards and audit evidence
• partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal on privacy requirements
• serve as an internal subject-matter expert and mentor engineers.
