Parts Runner, Shop Assistant is an onsite role in Eugene, OR. Starting pay is $18 per hour, and the position is full-time at 40 hours per week. Pacific Recycling is a family-owned scrap metal recycling facility that has recycled metal in Lane County for more than 25 years. The role supports the maintenance team by picking up parts locally and helping receive, record, and stock inventory. These tasks help keep shop supplies organized and available for facility operations.

What you'll do

• Drive a light-duty manual truck to pick up local parts under the direction of the Parts Coordinator and Shop Manager
• assist with receiving inventory and entering it into the computer system
• unpack merchandise, mark part numbers, and stock shelves. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required
• forklift experience is preferred.
