What you'll do

• Maintain cooperative relationships with children and families and promote parent-child bonding
• respond to children’s needs for comfort, food, and hygiene
• implement individualized feeding plans
• organize developmentally supportive activities
• conduct developmental screenings and ongoing assessments
• document screenings, plans, attendance, health checks, feedings, and daily activities
• maintain a safe and clean environment
• observe and promptly report signs of illness, injury, abuse, neglect, emotional disturbance, or other special needs
• attend scheduled training and staff meetings.
