What you'll do

• Call and text new inquiries, answer questions, and book consultations and appointments
• recommend memberships, treatment packages, retail products, and gift cards based on guest goals
• rebook appointments and follow up with guests
• greet guests, answer phones and messages, manage schedules, check guests in and out, and maintain accurate records
• track lead conversion, membership sales, rebooking, and retail against monthly targets
• support events and promotions and maintain a welcoming lobby.
