What you'll do

• Describe menu offerings and explain the line ordering system
• ensure line products are available
• handle payments and to-go orders
• greet guests and answer phone calls
• assist guests at the Buffet by the Pound station
• maintain cash-drawer accountability
• support buffet and server areas as directed
• keep smallwares and cashier areas clean
• follow local health department laws.
