What you'll do

• Oversee property financial performance, rent collection, budgets, reporting, and capital improvements
• support leasing and marketing
• monitor Fair Housing and other compliance requirements
• inspect the property and market-ready units
• direct service operations and resident retention efforts
• recruit, train, and mentor team members
• provide emergency coverage and perform on-call duties and weekend work.

Why this role
