What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day firm operations
• prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• meet with clients and advise on tax and financial matters
• provide occasional bookkeeping support
• review and sign approximately 730 individual and 220 business returns annually
• serve as primary technical contact for existing clients
• provide tax planning and off-season support for extensions, IRS notices, and audits
• oversee bookkeeping quality
• remotely mentor and train the in-office client-facing manager.
