Jewelry Sales Supervisor – Grown Brilliance

Job overview

The Jewelry Sales Supervisor role is onsite in McLean, VA. The hourly pay range is $23–$28, with commission eligibility starting at 2% and the opportunity to earn up to 4% based on store performance. The supervisor supports the Grown Brilliance boutique, powered by the Leap Platform. The role leads by example on the sales floor, builds client relationships, and coaches associates to deliver personalized service. What you'll do

• Deliver relationship-based selling and product storytelling
