What you'll do

• Manage and mentor power platform developers, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI engineers, ETL processes, CI/CD pipelines, SRE, and compliance and security work
• oversee sprint delivery and production fixes
• coordinate requirements with product and program management
• conduct root cause analysis
• review designs and implementations
• maintain documentation and standardized processes
• ensure HIPAA, HITRUST, and internal security compliance
• coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate risks and status.
