What you'll do

• Manage business and commercial litigation matters
• develop litigation strategies
• conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and correspondence
• research and analyze legal issues and evidence
• prepare witnesses and exhibits
• communicate with clients
• and manage deadlines, discovery, and filings.
