The Primary Care Physician, Pod Leader role is onsite in Sacramento, CA. Compensation is $280,737.60–$330,595.20 per year, plus bonus. WelbeHealth’s value-based PACE program provides comprehensive, community-based care to vulnerable seniors. The physician leads and partners with an interdisciplinary team to assess participants and develop personalized care plans. The role contributes to coordinated, holistic care and clinical outcomes while supporting discharge planning and placement coordination.

Why this role

Regular hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday, including home visits; rotating phone-only on-call schedule a few nights or weekends per month.
