The Experienced HVAC Technician role is full-time and onsite in Normal, IL. Compensation is $20–$35 per hour, with monthly spiffs and a quarterly bonus that may add up to $15,000. Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning serves the Bloomington/Normal, Champaign/Urbana, and Peoria markets with heating, cooling, and geothermal solutions. The technician inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains residential heating and cooling systems, while communicating with customers about service and satisfaction. The role supports reliable home comfort service and the company’s customer relationships. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation every six weeks.
