Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop product quality assurance plans and specifications
• support process control plans
• assess statistical capability and measurement systems
• initiate corrective action
• design or acquire gauges and data-collection systems
• train manufacturing personnel
• maintain quality documents
• conduct process audits
• drive process improvements
• participate in product quality planning events
• analyze gauge R&R and capability studies
• evaluate nonconforming material
• follow up on corrective actions
• support supplier problem resolution
• lead the validation phase of new product development.
