The role oversees replenishment at ShipBob’s fulfillment center, supporting customer order fulfillment and service-level commitments. The role exists to keep inventory accurately and efficiently available in pick locations while advancing safety, quality, productivity, and associate engagement. It leads daily workflows, manages inventory exceptions and performance, and coordinates with partner teams to support operational goals.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily replenishment operations and monitor queues, worklists, and shortages
• allocate labor and prioritize workflows
• partner with Inbound, Picking, Inventory Control (ICQA), and Problem Solve teams
• track operational metrics and address risks, capacity constraints, and inventory discrepancies
• coach and develop Leads, Clerks, and Associates
• support safety, quality, cross-training, and continuous improvement.
