The role provides technical leadership for electrical, RF, and hardware development across airborne avionics products, from architecture and requirements through verification, certification support, and lifecycle management. It guides multidisciplinary teams and external engineering partners while supporting compliant, reliable product development and optimization.

What you'll do

  • Lead electrical and RF engineering for airborne avionics products
  • define system architecture and allocate requirements across engineering disciplines
  • guide RF architecture, integration, performance requirements, trade studies, validation, and certification evidence
  • own hardware requirements and traceability
  • oversee external engineering partners and technical deliverables
  • direct hardware design reviews and integration
  • lead verification and validation oversight
  • support SWaP-C optimization and engineering automation, including evaluation of AI tools.
