Electrical Engineer / Electrical Designer

The Electrical Engineer / Electrical Designer role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $90,000–$120,000 per year. The role supports Solutions AEC’s design/build engineering, commissioning, and consulting work. The engineer leads electrical design and construction-document delivery for building projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting work through bidding and construction. Technical guidance, code-compliant designs, and process improvements contribute to safe, efficient facilities and reliable project delivery.

What you'll do

• Plan, design, coordinate, and produce electrical construction documents
• design power distribution, lighting, and electrical systems
• prepare calculations, diagrams, schedules, specifications, and technical documentation
• conduct field investigations and site surveys
• review designs and mentor engineers and designers
• use Revit and related tools
• support bidding and construction, contractor coordination, submittals, and field observations
• build client and stakeholder relationships.
