What you'll do
- Perform initial evaluations and goal-setting
- provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance work, and functional mobility
- conduct transfer training and assistive device assessment
- coordinate with nursing, OT, SLP, and care teams
- provide family education
- document in compliance with Medicare and facility standards.
