The Registered Nurse — Weekend Baylor role is onsite in Rome, NY, working two consecutive 16-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Compensation is $42–$48 per hour. The nurse delivers and documents patient care, administers medications, and supports the licensed practical nurse and certified nursing assistant team. The role contributes to residents’ health and care quality through nursing assessment, treatment, communication, and team supervision.

What you'll do

• Complete the nursing process and treatment procedures
• provide physical, educational, and emotional support
• supervise assigned team members
• document resident care
• direct LPN and CNA work and documentation
• administer medication and exchange reports according to protocols.
