Early Childhood Coach

The Early Childhood Coach works onsite in South Bend, IN, conducting sessions at locations in the region. Pay is $21 per hour. Soccer Shots provides an introductory soccer program focused on age-appropriate skills, character development, and fun for children ages 2–8. The coach leads safe, engaging soccer sessions using the program’s curriculum and early-childhood teaching techniques. Through positive reinforcement, communication with families and educators, and an inclusive environment, the coach helps children build soccer skills and confidence.

What you'll do

• Conduct soccer sessions for children ages 2–8
• set up and take down the field
• use Soccer Shots curriculum and early-childhood development techniques
• encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• maintain a safe, inclusive environment
• follow safety and attendance protocols
• communicate with families, caregivers, and teachers.
