What you'll do

• Greet customers in person and by telephone
• answer or route calls
• accept deposits, loan payments, and collection items
• cash checks and savings bonds
• process withdrawals and customer transaction paperwork
• maintain and balance the cash drawer
• accept stop payments and loan payoffs
• sell or balance official bank checks
• prepare commercial change orders
• refer customers to bank representatives
• follow BSA policies and complete assigned compliance training.
