What you'll do

• Build relationships between business units and IT
• understand business processes and identify technology opportunities
• develop business cases
• document requirements
• manage projects end to end, including scope, plans, risks, dependencies, communications, and dates
• partner with architecture, engineering, security, and vendors
• establish governance and milestone tracking
• lead operational readiness, change enablement, and go-live transitions
• drive adoption and track realized benefits.
