What you'll do

• Lead the stewarding team and assign shift tasks
• train, coach, and provide feedback
• oversee dishwashing and sanitation of dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen equipment
• coordinate cleaning of kitchen and back-of-house areas
• enforce safety and hygiene procedures
• monitor health and sanitation compliance
• manage cleaning supply inventory and chemical storage
• coordinate equipment readiness and event setup and breakdown
• step in for floor operations when senior stewards are absent.
