Reporting to the Commissary Operations Manager or Assistant Production Managers, this position is primarily responsible for preparing various ingredients for food preparation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :. Cleans, cuts and slices vegetables for each production recipe. Prepares, chicken, meat and fish items (cooked and raw) for each production recipe.
