What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and glassware
• maintain a clean and organized dish area
• operate dish machines safely and report issues
• restock clean plates, glassware, and utensils for front- and back-of-house teams
• assist with kitchen organization and cleanliness
• remove trash and break down boxes
• follow sanitation and food safety standards
• complete assigned opening or closing cleaning duties.
