What you'll do

• Process financial service transactions accurately
• identify opportunities to deepen client relationships
• resolve complex servicing issues
• listen for financial wellness needs and provide recommendations or transition clients to a Banker
• meet activity and outcome goals
• participate in branch huddles and debriefs
• follow compliance, audit, and security procedures
• balance the cash drawer
• maintain knowledge of products, fees, and policies
• work Saturdays as directed by management.
