What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective estate planning and probate clients
• provide a professional client experience
• guide prospective clients through initial consultations and onboarding
• maintain relationships with referral partners and past clients
• support communications, events, referral outreach, and client development projects
• maintain accurate client records and provide monthly reports to the founding attorney.
