What you'll do

• Lead creative design for luxury weddings, galas, social, and corporate events
• design florals, tablescapes, layouts, staging, lighting concepts, lounges, and décor installations
• create presentations, mood boards, renderings, and proposals
• collaborate with production, floral, and operations teams
• attend site visits, production meetings, installations, networking events, and event days as needed
• develop relationships with planners, venues, hotels, and private clients
• generate and close business
• lead client consultations and pitches
• build strategic partnerships.
