What you'll do

• Prepare and teach swimming lessons according to YMCA guidelines
• build positive relationships with participants and provide motivation
• encourage member and parent involvement
• share information about aquatics programs and schedules
• maintain attendance and progress records
• attend scheduled meetings and training
• follow emergency and safety procedures and complete incident reports
• organize and report damaged equipment
• train and supervise class aides as assigned.
