Hospitality Construction Project Manager — Hotel Renovation

What you'll do

• Coordinate project handoffs with estimators
• develop schedules with superintendents
• conduct jobsite meetings
• manage subcontractor contracts, labor, costs, and change orders
• review project documentation, invoices, and evaluations
• enforce jobsite safety and compliance
• provide client updates and monthly reports
• manage budgets and address cost variances
• coordinate with inspectors, owners, vendors, and clients
• support workforce planning and identify new project opportunities.
