What you'll do

• Assist with resident admission screening, assessment, and care needs
• help ensure care follows resident care plans
• administer medications and treatments according to physicians’ orders
• coordinate care and services with outside providers
• document and report care and significant resident changes
• maintain working knowledge of applicable state regulations, policies, and procedures.
