What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests select souvenirs.
• Address customer concerns, reinforce management procedures, troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed, and assist with recruiting, scheduling, training, inventory, and administrative tasks.
