What you'll do
- Fill unassigned and called-off shifts
- build caregiver schedules for authorization periods of 9 weeks to 6 months
- answer and direct calls
- coordinate patient initial evaluations and admissions among nursing staff, patients, and caregivers
- ensure field staff complete visit notes
- maintain the master schedule in Excel
- review and correct scheduled shifts weekly for billing and payroll accuracy.
