What you'll do

• Collect student health and developmental information
• determine nursing diagnoses
• develop and implement nursing care plans or individualized health plans
• assess responses and progress
• conduct screenings and follow-up
• provide health education, emergency and standard first aid
• assist with communicable disease control
• monitor health regulations, immunization records, and entrance physicals
• maintain confidential health records
• communicate student health concerns to the Director of Health Services.
