Maintenance Technician II – Squirrel Hill South

Job overview

What you'll do

• Repair plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliances, and building components
• diagnose maintenance issues
• perform preventive maintenance
• prepare apartments for residents
• complete painting, drywall, and minor carpentry
• inspect apartments and common areas
• assist with grounds and snow removal
• maintain work-order records
• communicate with residents and vendors
• follow safety and housing requirements.
