What you'll do

• Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout
• oversee pay applications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• develop schedules and coordinate logistics
• monitor progress, quality, budgets, and performance
• coordinate with the superintendent and field operations
• communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• resolve issues
• lead punch lists and final documentation
• maintain client relationships.
