What you'll do

• Develop and communicate business-unit strategy
• set market priorities and lead business development
• guide pursuit strategy and go/no-go decisions
• oversee project portfolio performance, budgets, forecasts, and estimates to complete
• intervene on underperforming projects and manage recovery plans and change orders
• oversee pricing, portfolio risks, contracts, and governance
• lead workforce planning, hiring, retention, succession, and team development
• oversee revenue, margins, invoicing, collections, and profitability
• promote safety, quality standards, peer review, and continuous improvement.

Why this role
