What you'll do

• Prepare for and lead shifts
• drive sales through guest experiences
• monitor labor, staffing, and productivity
• support scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• resolve guest concerns
• partner with Culinary and Bar Teams
• assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching
• complete opening and closing responsibilities
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices.
