The role leads branch sales and operations, coaching department managers and staff toward budget and performance goals while supporting strong customer service. It coordinates service, parts, sales, and rental operations and works with company leadership to improve branch results and culture.

What you'll do

• Develop branch objectives and expense budgets
• approve department goals and budgets
• ensure plans for volume, profit, product mix, and market penetration are carried out
• recruit, hire, develop, and coach branch personnel
• evaluate pricing and competitive activity
• ensure customer orders and communications are handled promptly
• monitor equipment sales, repairs, records, expenditures, and company assets
• maintain customer relations
• submit plans and results
• develop corrective action plans.
