• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations
• support, coach, and mentor nursing staff
• help oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflow
• ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations
• monitor quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives
• participate in resident assessments, care planning, and clinical rounds
• investigate incidents and assist with corrective action plans
• promote a team-oriented environment focused on resident-centered care.
