What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and remove commercial kitchen equipment
• service cooking, refrigeration, specialty foodservice, and base-building HVAC systems
• respond to operator requests within service-level agreements
• consult manufacturers and the Chick-fil-A Technical Assistance Team
• document work orders, time, receipts, and truck stock
• organize the service vehicle, tools, and parts
• participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
• follow safe work practices and complete ongoing OEM training.
