What you'll do

• Manage prospective residents from inquiry through move-in and conduct tours and re-tours
• coordinate with care providers and referral agencies
• plan and execute community events and advertising campaigns
• promote programs through social media
• manage department budgets
• serve as liaison for external groups booking facilities
• attend local health-related and civic meetings
• maintain building and grounds for curb appeal
• support marketing and management initiatives.
